What we do.
- 01
A storyline from technical material
We arrange your documents and data into one line the panel can follow: the problem, root cause analysis, the solution, results and standardisation.
- 02
A theme for your team only
The theme starts from your team’s story and the event’s identity, and carries from the cover to the closing slide.
- 03
Data slides and diagrams
Fishbone diagrams, process flows and QCDHM results are redrawn so they read from the panel’s seats on a big screen.
- 04
Video, scale models and English
A team introduction video, a scale model to demonstrate to the panel, and English-language decks for conferences such as APQO.

How we work together.
Before we start
Prepare your idea and material
Your main idea, supporting data, visual references and a picture of the slides you have in mind.
Week 1
Initial discussion
We go through your team, the innovation, the event and your presentation date.
Week 1
Storyline and theme
We arrange the material into one storyline, then design a theme for your team only.
Weeks 2 to 4
Design and revision
We design every slide and revise it with your team until it is ready for rehearsal.
A deck takes about four weeks. If your presentation date is closer, mention it in the initial discussion and we will plan a custom timeline.
Frequently asked questions.
Will our material be kept confidential?
Yes. We are happy to sign your company’s or institution’s NDA before the project starts, and we do not publish any material without your permission.
Can you provide a formal quotation for an institution?
Yes. We provide a formal quotation before the project starts, an invoice and receipt for payment, and a handover document (BAST) at the end.
Which files will we receive?
The deck as an editable PowerPoint file (.pptx), plus a PDF version for sending or printing.
What if our material is not complete yet?
Send what you have, such as the main idea, data and visual references. We work out the storyline and anything else that is missing together in the initial discussion.
Can you build a scale model as well?
Yes. For PC Prove 05 at APQ 2025 we built the S-COS scale model, from the 3D design to the acrylic case, and the team demonstrated it to the panel.

CIP guideStructuring a CIP presentation the panel can follow
Your team’s material is complete, but the panel has little time to take it in. This is how we arrange the storyline, from the problem to standardisation.
CIP and APQ guideFrom CIP to APQ: taking the same innovation to the next stage
When your team’s innovation moves up to a bigger event, the old deck is rarely enough. This is what we kept and what we changed when PC Prove 05 went from CIP 2024 to APQ 2025.
Tell us about your team’s idea.
Every deck starts with a discussion. Send your idea, and we will build it together.
